I am sure you all have, at one point used, been abused by, and ultimately quite using Outlook. Although its newest version (2003) does comply better with interoperabity (namely with other Office software such as Word), it still lacks many features and focuses too solely on the business world. Guess what, Microsoft... everyday, average users need....
